Basic information

🔹 General Requirements (For All Applicants):

  1. Valid Passport: Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the intended date of travel. All previous old passports must be submitted.

  2. Malaysia Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed by the applicant.

  3. Digital Photograph: Two (2) recent studio color photos taken within the last 3 months. Size: 3.5cm x 5.0cm with a clear, solid white background (no shadows, borders, or hair covering eyebrows/ears).

  4. National ID & Birth Certificate: Clear photocopy of NID card and English-translated Birth Certificate.

  5. Financial Capability: Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate showing a healthy balance of at least BDT 200,000 per applicant.

  6. Tax Records: Updated TIN Certificate and Income Tax Assessment Certificate.

  7. Civil Status Documents: Marriage Certificate / Nikahnama (if traveling with spouse) translated into English.

  8. Visiting Card: Two (2) copies of official or business visiting cards.

🔹 If Business Owner (Self-Employed):

  1. Trade License: Valid up-to-date Trade License (Notarized English translation is mandatory).

  2. Company Stationery: Official Company Letterhead pad for writing the Visa Forwarding Letter.

  3. Corporate Financials: Company Corporate Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate.

🔹 If Employee (Job Holder):

  1. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Original NOC or Leave Sanction Letter from the employer stating your designation, salary, date of joining, and approved vacation timeline.

  2. Official Identification: Copy of Office ID Card.

  3. Salary Proof: Official Salary Certificate and Bank Statement showing monthly salary deposits for the last 6 months.

  • Visa Category: Malaysia eVisa (Tourist / Business Sub-Class)

  • Application Hub: Malaysia tourist applications from Bangladesh are processed directly via the official Malaysia eVisa Immigration online platform or through authorized drop centers.

🔹 Supporting Document Checklist for Submission:

  • Visa Forwarding / Cover Letter: A personalized Cover Letter detailing your purpose of visit, entry and exit dates, and commitment to return to Bangladesh.

  • Accommodation & Flight Details: Verified round-trip flight itinerary bookings and confirmed hotel accommodation reservations covering the entire duration of stay in Malaysia.

  • Birth Certificate for Minors: Mandatory copy of birth certificate if traveling with children to prove legal relationship.

Processing Time

  • Profile Preparation Time: 1 to 2 working days (File optimization and portal uploading by Azlan Travel Desk).

  • Embassy Processing Window: It typically takes 3 to 5 working days for the official eVisa approval once submitted to the Malaysian Immigration portal. In rare cases of profile checks, it may take up to 7 to 10 working days.

  • Submission Window: We recommend starting the application process 2 to 3 weeks prior to your targeted flight dates.
