Basic information

🔹 General Requirements (For All Applicants):

  1. Valid Passport: Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the intended date of travel. All previous old passports must be submitted.

  2. Indonesia Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed by the applicant.

  3. Photographs: Two (2) recent color photos taken within the last 6 months. Size: 4cm x 6cm with a solid red background (standard Indonesian embassy specification).

  4. National ID & Birth Certificate: Clear photocopy of NID card and English-translated Birth Certificate.

  5. Financial Capability: Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate showing a minimum balance of USD 2,000 (or equivalent BDT) per person.

  6. Tax Records: Updated TIN Certificate and Income Tax Assessment Certificate including Return Submission Receipts.

  7. Civil Status Documents: Marriage Certificate / Nikahnama (if traveling with spouse) translated into English.

  8. Visiting Card: Two (2) copies of official or business visiting cards.

🔹 If Business Owner (Self-Employed):

  1. Trade License: Valid up-to-date Trade License (Notarized English translation is mandatory).

  2. Company Stationery: Official Company Letterhead pad for writing the Visa Forwarding Letter.

  3. Corporate Financials: Company Corporate Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate.

🔹 If Employee (Job Holder):

  1. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Original NOC or Leave Sanction Letter from the employer stating designation, salary, duration of employment, and travel timeline.

  2. Official Identification: Copy of Office ID Card.

  3. Salary Proof: Official Salary Certificate and Bank Statement showing monthly salary deposits for the last 6 months.

    • Application Hub: Indonesia visa applications are processed through the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Dhaka or via the official Indonesian e-Visa system.

    • Accommodation & Transport Proof: Fully verifiable round-trip flight itinerary bookings and confirmed hotel accommodation reservations covering your stay in places like Bali or Jakarta.

    • Sponsorship Letter (If Applicable): A sponsorship or guarantee letter from a relative or corporate partner residing inside Indonesia, accompanied by their ID copy.

  • Embassy Processing Window: It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the official visa approval once the completed file is received by the Indonesian Immigration system.
