🔹 General Requirements (For All Applicants):

Valid Passport: Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the intended date of travel, containing at least two blank pages. All previous old passports must be submitted.

China Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed by the applicant via the online COVA (China Online Visa Application) system.

Biometric Photographs: Two (2) recent color photos taken within the last 6 months. Size: 33mm x 48mm, glossy/matte finish with a solid white background, bareheaded, full face visible, no jewelry/glasses.

National ID & Birth Certificate: Clear photocopy of NID card and English-translated, notarized Birth Certificate.

Financial Capability: Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate showing healthy transaction history and a minimum balance of BDT 300,000 to 500,000 per person.

Tax Records: Updated TIN Certificate and Income Tax Assessment Certificate including Return Submission Receipts for the last 3 years.

Civil Status Documents: Marriage Certificate / Nikahnama (if traveling with spouse) translated and notarized in English.

Visiting Card: Two (2) copies of official or business visiting cards.
🔹 If Business Owner (Self-Employed):

Trade License: Valid up-to-date Trade License (Notarized English translation is mandatory).

Company Stationery: Official Company Letterhead pad for writing the Visa Forwarding Letter.

Corporate Financials: Company Corporate Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate.

Corporate Registration: Memorandum of Article / Incorporation Certificate (Only for Limited Companies).
🔹 If Employee (Job Holder):

No Objection Certificate (NOC): Original NOC or Leave Sanction Letter from the employer stating designation, monthly salary, duration of employment, and purpose of travel.

Official Identification: Copy of Office ID Card.

Salary Proof: Official Salary Certificate and Bank Statement showing monthly salary deposits for the last 6 months.
