Basic information

🔹 General Requirements (For All Applicants):

  1. Valid Passport: Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the intended date of travel, containing at least two blank pages. All previous old passports must be submitted.

  2. China Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed by the applicant via the online COVA (China Online Visa Application) system.

  3. Biometric Photographs: Two (2) recent color photos taken within the last 6 months. Size: 33mm x 48mm, glossy/matte finish with a solid white background, bareheaded, full face visible, no jewelry/glasses.

  4. National ID & Birth Certificate: Clear photocopy of NID card and English-translated, notarized Birth Certificate.

  5. Financial Capability: Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate showing healthy transaction history and a minimum balance of BDT 300,000 to 500,000 per person.

  6. Tax Records: Updated TIN Certificate and Income Tax Assessment Certificate including Return Submission Receipts for the last 3 years.

  7. Civil Status Documents: Marriage Certificate / Nikahnama (if traveling with spouse) translated and notarized in English.

  8. Visiting Card: Two (2) copies of official or business visiting cards.

🔹 If Business Owner (Self-Employed):

  1. Trade License: Valid up-to-date Trade License (Notarized English translation is mandatory).

  2. Company Stationery: Official Company Letterhead pad for writing the Visa Forwarding Letter.

  3. Corporate Financials: Company Corporate Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate.

  4. Corporate Registration: Memorandum of Article / Incorporation Certificate (Only for Limited Companies).

🔹 If Employee (Job Holder):

  1. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Original NOC or Leave Sanction Letter from the employer stating designation, monthly salary, duration of employment, and purpose of travel.

  2. Official Identification: Copy of Office ID Card.

  3. Salary Proof: Official Salary Certificate and Bank Statement showing monthly salary deposits for the last 6 months.

  • Visa Category: Short-Stay Tourist Visa (L Visa) / Business Visa (M Visa)

  • Application Hub: China visa applications from Bangladesh are processed through the official Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CASC) in Dhaka.

🔹 Supporting Document Checklist for Submission:

  • Visa Forwarding / Cover Letter: A personalized Cover Letter detailing your purpose of visit, travel dates, and financial responsibilities.

  • Detailed Day-to-Day Itinerary: A comprehensive travel plan explaining your sightseeing schedule or business appointments in China.

  • Accommodation & Flight Details: Verified round-trip flight itinerary bookings and confirmed hotel accommodation reservations covering the entire duration of stay.

  • Invitation Support (Mandatory for Business/M Visa): An official invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China, containing applicant details, visit information, and inviter details.

Embassy Visa Fee BDT 3,400 (Standard single-entry fee for Bangladeshi citizens)
Visa Center Service Charge BDT 3,100 (Mandatory platform fee charged by the Chinese Visa Center)
Azlan Service & Consultation Charge BDT X,XXX (Includes online COVA system filling, appointment scheduling, document sorting, profile review, and itinerary mapping)

⚠️ Note: All paid embassy visa fees, visa center fees, and agency processing charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.

Processing Time

  • Profile Preparation Time: 2 to 3 working days (COVA form mapping and file organizing by Azlan Travel Desk).

  • Embassy Processing Window: It typically takes 4 to 5 working days from the day the application and biometrics are successfully submitted at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center. Express service (2-3 days) is available upon additional embassy fee requests.

  • Submission Window: We highly recommend starting your application process at least 3 to 4 weeks before your intended departure date.
